How many employees must I have in order to be required to provide workers’ compensation insurance in Georgia?
The state of Georgia requires businesses to provide workers’ compensation insurance if they regularly employ three or more persons.
A regular part-time employee works regularly on a part-time basis. An employee who only works on weekends would qualify as a regular part-time employee.
